literally wrote book
on over 30 suspicious deaths surrounding the Clinton Foundation and thus would be a target for retaliation and preventing him from speaking at more interviews? www.amazon.com/Hillary-Bill-Murder-Clinton-Trilogy |
Yes, they are very aware
of his work now. The Detective saw Victor's office and books and talked with the family. |

1.
Was there a suicide note, and what did it say? Yes, written notes. We will have to wait until details are released which may be telling. Victor
was a prolific writer of over 20 books (a lot of work)
There are machines that can forge
convincing handwriting. |
Yes. He
did leave a
suicide note, actually several, with detailed instructions, however.... Suicide notes can be faked by computerized machines for $2.99 per page. |

3. Was the gun that killed him registered to him? Yes the police tracked the gun to him Did Victor own a gun?
Gun Shot Residue (GSR) could be sprayed on his hand? |
Yes he owned the gun and
the Detective said it was registered to him. Bullet and gun have
been submitted to a forensics lab. We can assume the police matched the bullet to the gun. |
4 |
Could the bullet have been a sniper
shot from a distance? Then the gun could be put in his hand? |
No. It was close range. |

2. What was found at his home, i.e. what documentation / research did he
have on his computer? Did Victor have a lot of credit card
debt or some impending obligation? |
|

Was he on security cameras of stores,
banks or gas stations? When and where was the last time he bought anything, such as with a credit/debit card/ Was Victor with anyone? Why did he go to an area where there are no security cameras? |
c |

Does
he, or his vehicle appear on any traffic monitoring cameras? Was anyone else seen in the car with him? His car was found near Mt. Nittany Blue Trail .5 miles past his house. Why would he drive instead of walking such a short distance? |

him to the mountain top? Ex: any text to "meet me at the mountain top" or "let's go hiking" |
No |
13 |
4. What were the phone numbers of his most recent phone conversations? Phone records? Who were his last calls to? |
|
14 |
Was the mountain top a place where
Victor often went for reflection or relaxation? Was it a place he went regularly, such as for exercise? Hypothesis (disproven): An assassin could surveil Victor, learn his daily jogging routine, follow his route with a bird-like drone cam, wait the next day for Victor, wearing gloves (to prevent finger prints) and a concealed gun, strike up a conversation, perhaps race him to the mountain top, shoot Victor (muffling noise with cloth or silencer), then place the gun in his dead hand, cover up his foot prints, and escape. |
Yes, Victor jogged 6 miles a day.
|
15 | Did he go by car? Or bike?
Any clues on the vehicle? Why would he leave the keys in the car? (strange) Some guy might come along, see the car, go for a drive, and be accused of murder. .5 miles is too far to carry a knocked out body, so the assassins needed a car. The assassins would not want to use their own car, because it might be seen by neighbors. Victor's car would not be suspicious. The plan may have been to drive the car back to Victor's house, but perhaps a witness came along, so they abandoned the car to quickly leave the area. |
Yes, he drove by car to
the trail but only .5 miles! The keys were left in the car. Why? |
16 | Any other tire tracks near Victor's car? More than 1 car in the area? | |
17 |
Any finger prints of other people on
his car or his mobile phone or the gun? |
|
18 | Any drugs found by the coroner in Victor's body? | No |

5. What people had seen him or talked to him recently, and what did they think
of his state of mind? His son Joshua and friend Peter talked to him. Peter says he was just fine. Did Victor tell any friends he was depressed or thinking about suicide? The police are authorized to arrest someone even suspected of being suicidal and take them to a hospital for observation. I know this from my experience as a landlord. A tenant moved in, saying she left her boy friend. He called the police to suggest she might be suicidal about their break up. (He had a high opinion of himself). The police came. I told them the lady was ok. But they insisted on seeing her, and took her (understandably angry) to the hospital. She was released in 1/2 hour, perfectly fine. |
No. If
they did, or noticed something different about Victor, they would (should) have
called for a social worker or psychologist to examine him. He did talk about "getting his affairs in order" because he knows he was a "target marked man" by exposing the Clintons. |
20 |
Did Victor have a Last Will and
Testament? What was the date and detail of the last change?
It has been said that Victor systematically gave
away all his stuff |
|
21 | Who gets the proceeds of his Amazon
book sales now? Did Victor make arrangements? Did Victor tell Joshua face to face about his plan to commit suicide, or was it in the form of a “suicide note” which can be easily faked by a Bond Script machine? Joshua might believe the note was actually from his father. If Victor told Joshua, Joshua would have called someone such as his uncle William, to help stop Victor. |
Yes, he talked it over
with his son But Victor knew he was a "target marked man" so he would make arrangements for his affairs anyway. |
22 |
Did Victor have any
birthday plans? Was he going to see his son Joshua or his parents? Any upcoming flight,
train or
other reservations? |
|
23 | How did his brother William hear about
Victor's death? Who told him? |
Victor's son Joshua told his uncle William. |
24 | Did Victor have serious health problems that might make him think about ending life early? | No, but he thought he was getting old, even though he was in good shape from jogging |
25 |
When
was his last ATM withdrawal? This indicates intent to buy things and live. Were there any photos from the ATM? |
|
26 |
Was
there GPS location tracking in his phone? What was his route that day? |
|
27 | Were any items stolen from Victor? Was wallet still with his body, with money in it? | No |
28 | If he really wanted to
make sure that no one got blamed for his murder, he could have easily
taken a video with his mobile phone. What were the last photos and
videos on his phone?
He was a broadcaster, with good recording equipment, and spent hundreds
of hours in front of a microphone. He would have made some "good
bye" message to his family, friends, and fans. Victor knew, from writing about Vince Foster (Hillary's attorney) the mystery and speculation caused when he went to the woods to commit suicide, with no witnesses. Was the location Victor was found in a "tranquil or majestic" area with a view? Victor wrote that Vincent would probably want that for his last view in paragraph 3 of page 86. |
Yes, the scene was transquil and majestic Vince Foster, Hillary's legal advisor who "committed suicide" before testifying about the Clinton White Water Scandal. |
29 |
Victor said he jogs with
his dog. What kind? What happened to his dog? Did Victor make arrangements for someone to take care of him? |
Detective said that the dog was taken care of. Possibly it was Victor's son who lived near him. |
30 |
What do Victor's friends in the alternative media think happened? Vyzygoth: The Grassy Knoll show: http://www.radio4all.net/index.php/contributor/702 (Victor was on once a month) Lisa Guliani / Julianna Gross Dr. James Fetzer |
